Abstract:
The implementation of a single-room temperature control system is intended to reduce the impact of user-related misbehavior on the heating energy requirement by means of intelligent technical building equipment. Room-specific base setpoint temperature setting are determined together with the tenant, which are kept in the apartment during the presence. This prevents overcooling/overheating of the apartment. At the same time, the heating requirements of the apartments can be predicted more realistically, which leads to a smoothing of the flow temperatures in the heating circuits. Overall, a primary energy saving of approx. 20% could be demonstrated by using a single-room temperature control.
